   »  Special rates and conditions may apply for repeat and extended                  bookings and can be negotiated for special circumstances.

   »  Pets considered by negotiation. 
         (enclosed rear garden)

   »  Guests are required to provide their own linen, 
         sheets, pillowcases, towels. (Although a linen service can be
         arranged for a small fee of 10 Dollars per Bed)
 

   »  Reservations of interest, for bookings -- will be held 
         for up to 5 days prior to payment of $100 booking fee/bond.

   »  Please note that we reserve the right to re-let 
         if the agreed booking payment is not received by 28 days 
         prior to the occupancy commencement date.

  If cancellation: the booking fee/bond and/or any advance booking 
payments will be refunded conditional upon the home being re-let.
